PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

DELIVERY TIMES

UK shipping: Free over £40, otherwise £3.99 (3-5 business days)
EU shipping: £8.99 flat rate (5-10 business days)
International: £20.00 (10-20 business days for US, Canada, Australia)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs processing for international orders.

- UK Orders: FREE standard shipping on orders over £40.00
- UK Orders under £40.00: £3.99 standard shipping
- International Orders: Shipping costs

£20.00 (10-20 business days for US, Canada, Australia) on destination and weight

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress through the carrier's website.

DELIVERY ISSUES
If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us at donna@glowbyskin.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the UK, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at donna@glowbyskin.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
